UDALEKU MEETING FOR
SO CALIFORNIA BASQUE CLUB AND CBC MEMBERS
Members of both clubs are urged to attend a meeting to discuss fundraising, housing, meals and logistics for the Udaleku camp to be held in Chino this summer. The meeting will be on Sunday, January 22 at 10:30 a.m. at the Chino Basque Club.
$50 entry fee includes lunch. The winners of this tournament will go to the NABO finals in June and the mundials will be held in San Francisco the last weekend of August and in Chino the first weekend in September. Don’t miss out!
TIME TO SIGN UP FOR UDALEKU
If you are a member of the Chino Basque Club or the Southern California Basque Club, you will have priority to sign your children up for Udaleka this summer. Udaleku aka Music Camp is open to children from ages 10 to 15. The online link to sign up for camp will become available February 1st. UDALEKU COMMITTEE LOOKING FOR HOUSING
The dates for the 2017 children’s music camp are June 25 – July 7 The Southern California Basque Club picnic will be during these two weeks so the participants will be performing at that picnic.
The final Udaleku performance will be at the Chino Basque Club on July 7.An estimated 100-120 participants are expected to be here. More housing volunteers are needed – to date The committee has secured housing for only 50 participants.
