NABO BERTSOLARI SPECIAL TRIBUTE
IN SAN FRANCISCO

NABO will be hosting a special Bertsolari Tribute on March 14, 2020.
The event will be held at the San Francisco Basque Cultural Center.

IN THE BASQUE COUNTRY – JULY 2020  

What is Ateak Ireki?

Ateak Ireki means “open doors” in the Basque language, Euskara. The Ateak Ireki three week program is an opportunity for young people from the Basque diaspora in the United States to live, learn and experience real life in the Basque Country today. 

NABO is excited to collaborate with this three-week immersion in Basque Culture in the Basque Country program, Ateak Ireki.  The program is aimed at youth in our Basque American communities ages 16-25 to continue their engagement with our culture after they are no longer able to participate in Udaleku. The Ateak Ireki program dates in 2020 are from June 29th to July 19th.
