This year the Chino Basque Club is helping our county fire department collect and distribute new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment for underserved children and teens. We will be collecting items at the Club lunches. Please consider the age group 10 to 16 as this drive rarely seems to get enough donations for this particular age group.
Help us make these children’s Christmas just a little bit better.
Interested in buying sausages or blood sausages? Lukainkas are wrapped in two-pound packages for $15 each; tripotas are $10 per pound.

This year the NABO Pala Finals will be in Boise, Idaho on Saturday, November 19th. Events will include Men’s Class A and B as well as women and youth categories. Anyone can show to play — no team needed. There will also be handball games.

Louise Camou, CBC Boardmember, and Amelie Tristant, Club member JB Tristant’s daughter, ran the Boston Marathon on April 18, 2022.
To run this marathon (26.2 miles) one needs to have a qualifying race behind them.
Both ladies ran in record speed and were happy to share their experience at Club member Jackie Ramirez’ wedding on April 30th.
The Chino Basque Club will be honoring mothers at the next club lunch on Sunday, May 15th.
Doors open at 12:00 noon; lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m.
Cost is $25 for adults, $10 for children.

Our tournament was held on Saturday, April 2nd at the Club. A total of 16 teams participated…and the winners were: 1st Place: Iñaki Lazcano & Mike Leonis | 2nd Place: Fidel Marcos & Pedro Marizcurrena
The 1st Place team will play at the NABO finals on June 18th at the Chino Basque Club.
